Timber

Tiimber frame constrution is also a sservice offered by Dinmaco. Dinmaco uses standard frame construction , with prefabricated timber wall panels and floors. A soleplate is used to provide a template onto which the timber frame can be fixed. The soleplates are treated with a preservative to prevent deterioration of the timbers. 

The advantages of timber framed construction are durability, strenght, speed of construction, and low carbon footprint. Dinmaco's timber framed construction often provides ready routes for plumbing and wiring, which reduces the time and cost in completing the project.
