Planning Permission Application

Planning Permission Application

Planning permission is a permission required by the United Kingdom in order to be allowed to build on any land but also if you would like to extend your property. It will take up to 8 weeks for the government or the local council to decide whether they can grant the planning permission.

Dinmaco Construction provides our Clients with planning advice which helps them with resolving and discussing potential issues before applying for the planning permission and it also involves helping our Clients with searching local constraints and site history of the area where they would like to build.

Our company also helps with applying for planning permission but also with providing the right local development documentation which includes local, social and economic factors such as health and housing that needs to be considered in the Client's application.

Dinmaco's services will also provide our clients with the planning permission application and provide support with completing it but also with submitting the correct documentation.

Bedford Borough Council requires an approval for most building works such as erection or re-erection of a building, extension of a building, installation, alteration or extension of a controlled service or of a controlled fitting. Some buildings however do not require an approval from Bedford     Borough Council and they include: Greenhouses and agricultural buildings that are not used for retailing or packaging; small detached buildings; small detached buildings including sheds and garages and small extensions that are less than 30m2.
